I don't mind it's far or near since I seldom use public transport. But nearer definitely will add value to properties nearby.

Hopefully Ho will re-study that area population and build it nearer since condo has higher density compare to landed houses, and also to cater the proposed new apartment that gonna build right in front of CT.

I think I did list down a full distance + duration from CT to everywhere before. Haha
But all within 30mins drive. Nearest mall should be MV (ignore Mines) and future IOI city Mall (10-15mins).
Mv (25-30mins if via kuchailama).
If mrt line 2 start operated, just 5-6 stations reach KL. Kinda convenient I would say, as I don't like stay too near to KL, jam.... like bukit jalil would be superb jam in near future but very ong la (jam = ong) haha.

Yea admitted that they r ain't household name Developer, and some mistaken it as Talam developer (blacklisted).
But from what I observed since booked, feel confident on this project overall. Atleast our questions hav been attended nicely by Chulk and SA. And Zalam focus on project at a time, and this cloudtree should be their new benchmark and most high end ever from their previous profile. Guess they won't ruin their name. It's like A Gem in cheras, with not much advertisements on Internet n newspaper, nor many events (just launching event ), perhaps zalam itself do confident on this proj too.

1 sentul, wasn't't a hot project in years back, yet it delivered earlier than promised dates to owners with not bad workmanship (according to brianccg), and now the value keep rising at that strategic location where more n more new development nearby 1 sentul.

Everyone dream of stayin bungalow. I'm stil okay. 2 pax no need stay so big..haha
Perhaps u can try Diamond City & ecohill, their bungalow superb and cheap.
EcoMajestic is nice, but bungalow sold out left only Semi D. More expensive than both project above.
Diamondcity link house only 600-700k though.lol sold out.

Gentlebre leh....if you were able to ketuk one piece of land..

Many moons back when i suggested the dream to get bungalow to wife, i kena ketuk hard...

"wtf you want to stay in such a big house? you think your roomba irobot can clean every corner of the house including the cowebs on the ceiling when the kids all left the house pursuing their own interest?"

I hope iRobot better design something that would clean cowebs in ceiling really soon...

If 910k+ for the link house, don't think it worth la.
If anyone wanna get their bungalow fast fast go yea. Phase 2 sure pricey for Semi D. Perhaps bungalow price now = future semi D price =D haha

Heard mahajaya workmanship so so.

I prefer diamond city concept n don't mind staying far too.
The link one u shown is nice, but just looks normal design. And price now sure up too 800k+
Perhaps wil take a look on the bungalow! ♡
