I definitely won't walk la since stay so high at block B, walk to entrance also need 10mins. Haha.
Unless they have shuttle bus. Or most probably either me or wifey take mrt, I fetch her to nearer mrt station. Just few stations to KL.  =)

Don't like mrt station too near to our home. Too Zhap

Ya, like WOTP shuttle bus to nearest public transport. But whatever "extra" facility added, it goes into monthly fee.
Resident would probably agree with a scheduled shuttle bus. Long more time to go. By the time MRT line 2 appears and operational, it is up to resident and JMB to rubber stamp it.
Hey, even share the same bus as WOTP by having them run a circular route.

If there is a bus; definetly black gas and sumore M'sia mentality throwing rubbish around.

not visible..as their route to MRT station is shorter, but when come to fee then is possible.

Can request Prasana to hv a bus route to there; then we not need to give any fee.

Hi KVSUAL,

i remember the North CloudTree is a new landed housing area.
Also there is suggestion road from ALAM DAMAI to CT via the new housing area.

Any visible route that CT dont need to use the NEW south road(via Taman Juara) to ALAM DAMAI?

If not then is time to write letter to Prasaran to hv a new bus route to travel there.

Open a new road directly exit Alam Damai / OCBC is the best way...you can catch MRT 1 at cheras Central even !...
But problem is who will bare the cost ? The new landed area is Mahajaya Project is it ?

Looking at existing proposed map, i believe the DAMAI PERDANA station is located at existing bus station that circled in red, walking distance about 600+ meter (if pedestrian allow to walk across as shown as arrow direction).

Maybe can propose them to use the water tank area for DAMAI PERDANA station  icon_idea.gif

Hi Pregnantboy boss, just curious how do you arrive to a prediction of MRT station to be located at the red circle area?

Roughly predicted according to the Edge cover page of Mrt line 2, we know the exact location of Cloudtree, roughly know where the Damai Perdana station would be. Should be near by the school, and shoplots location,.

Because there is an existing bus station there, seems like gonna be one bus station up which is near the shoplots.

Noted...Thanks for the justification
I had an experience walking from the shops to the water tank in one afternoon (half way to CT using Persiaran BDP).
Wow, I sweated during walking up the slope and my T-shirt became wet.
So, to me, in conclusion, walking to the MRT station is the last resort.

Since the Persiaran BDP is narrow (~2 lanes each direction), those houses besides to the MRT railway, can have 'Dolby surround system" multiple time everyday.
Nice or not?

Sounds good. However, if they would have a proper boundary defined, that would be excellent. Else, it will erode to a very small piece of land which they still call 'forest reserve'. Military has already taken some land within the 'reserve'.
*
Yep...Military has some 'reserve'.
In fact, if they are willing to build a road in 'forest reserve', either from the Jln Jugra or Maktab, the road can lead to Bandar Tasik Selatan.

It's a pain for existing residents since we all know how noisy our LRT is, let alone MRT carries more weight and packed more punch.

In fact I felt such noise, less amplified of cos, might even reach CT, if the distance is within 1km vicinity.

The most noisy part will be at the station, where the train trying to stop and re-accelerate again

No la just curious haha. Went there to check out project but seems overpriced at that area at 540psf before discount. No show unit so I don't even know what they are giving. Reputation of developer good? This project looks very ambitious.
*
I don't think it's overpriced, pretty affordable n reasonable priced i would say at 460psf onwards. Hopefully the workmanship n quality won't compromise with such low price.
Instead, zalam should priced higher like 550psf above for this mrt project with only 4 units per floor, that's very rare n exclusive with gated guard security and full clubhouse facilities.

Hopefully it is located at the shoplots areas that can tolerate noise.
(If the station is located at the Water tank area, then CT can get even louder noise. No shoot me pls)
