MEX?  Doubt.  In fact can use the road from Mines and then Besraya highway then to Smart Tunnel.....can reach within 30 mins.
*
Im staying Sri Petaling...so to KL i can use SMART Tunnel or MEX.

Everyday i travel - thumbup.gif MEX more faster than SMART tunnel.

The reason road to SG Besi..cant speed much and slow long turtle movement toward SMART tunnel entrance - starting before kuchai Lama.

While Mex, go to Kesas - only jam at entrance and after the toll.

SMART rm2.00
MEX RM1.50

You can get a 4000sqft land with single storey bungalow house for RM350K at Mahkota Hill (or they call Semenyih south).

I bought two pieces of land there many years ago and now waiting the land price to further appreciate again before decide to sell rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

rm350K is current market value? indeed a retirement plan settle at semeyih.
But mine plan to go back KEDAH. KL too stress and jam.

No way for me to buy property is Semenyih again as long as i m still working in KL downtown.

My first property is in Bandar Tasik Kesuma (developer Nam Fatt and now the piece of lands were sold to many small developers and new DSL is asking for RM500K, I think) and use it as weekend house. Even without jam, if I travel from Setapak to Semenyih, using MRRS via Grand Saga then Kajang bypass then Jalan Semenyih, total distance is 40km took me 45 mins.

Even with Lekas, I dont see any diff except we can skip some traffic light.
*
Nam Fatt is very old develoepr form more than 30year.

Not mistaken Nam Fatt is building 3 storey link hse at Salak South Garden.
travel from MEX - is visible the construction smewhere MEX kuchai Lama and Sri Petaling

Cannot be gua.... No offend, if majority of the residents in CT is Chinese then I dont see a major issue to have a small dog/cat as long as we are a responsible owners.

The reason I bought CT is bcoz it is pet friendly condo? (although it is not officially stated) rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

Not to tear your heart down. I went to mine condo AGM recently.

is already stated those high rise building cant hv pets, EXCEPT you comparing DBKL flat.

There 2 option you need the condo member to agree to hv pets.

few reason they not allow the pets is
1)Pet PEE and POO at the common area like lift , pool, gym , sky park, etc.
2)PET fur after grooming even in your unit- but the fur throw to outside window. sweat.gif (I seen mine condo got such notice becoz the neighbourhood manage to catch dog fur at other unit)
3) Pet barking. Im ok...even babe is crying..maybe..some ppl like want very quiet.

Your passive income must be over the mountain. Property rental in msia, but allowing you to spend retirement in AU. Wa...ok its a "dream", i understand.

I have a friend from UK, spent most of her working days in SG and at the end, bought a seaside house in Sri Lanka and retire there. Ok i guess her pile of saved money could sustain her in Sri Lanka.
