I could say so far dealt with several banks.
Maybank kinda efficient and approve the loan fast.
Not only my case approved within few days.
Even my friend who just bought Southbank @ OKR just get his first loan approved by Maybank.

Note: differ branch differ SA.

I can recommend CT panel Maybank SA - Steven. Served me well.

I also dealt with Steven and satisfied with his service.

Anyone knows when is the estimated first billing? Within this year?
I guess won't be so soon right? Coz usually the piling will take quite sometime.

According to Chulk, first drawdown should be very soon. Perhaps this 2 months. For block A & B followed by C&D .

Yes...comfirm. what he offer me.

How come he didnt tell you MRTA is mandatory. or You didnt notice what he said.

For Full Flexi CIMB and Maybank Semi Flexi is BLR -2.40%.

To get BLR -2.45%, then CIMB is offering Conventional Loan which is mandatory MRTA.

If not mine mistake Maybank Conventional Loan also BLR -2.4 %. MRTA Mandatory/Optional i cant recall

Forgive this OLD MAN.

My case is he's not being honest, he told me he will submit -2.45% for me to see if it works else take MRTA. Later then he told me rejected. However when i checked with CIMB management, they told me my rate submitted was -2.40% all these while.

He created a story and bocor. Dishonest old man yawn.gif
