the only concern is if MRT 2 not reached here ? while the 2k+ unit of 1MAL hse just built right b4 CT ?

No one knows the answer on the MRT line 2, even the MRT line 1 has been delayed.
Check the KVMRT thread, delay delay and delay. So we dont expect the MRT line 2 will be ready in 10years time. haha!
Well MRT just bonus for me, or ease the traffic.

MRT 1 delayed ? where you get the source from ? i always read the news it is exceed timeline either ?

Haha bro, they never bohong, there infact is a SgBesi Forest reserve.
I've checked with Mr.Chulk on this, the part of the land belong to govt for defense/training purpose and joining to the Forest reserve bukit Sungai Besi, which not allow any development and next to CT Block A would be a steep hill slope though. Ive the Map given. Nothing worry about.

Regarding the Taman Juara access, no idea no comment. As I know there are 2-3 developers including Zalam have development there. Development infront CT and Taman juara jaya are belongs to Developers who going to build Link houses and medium cost apt (not confirmed). So im not sure who's the one damage the taman road. If its due to Zalam, hopefully they will repair and build a nice Boulevard for us as promised (and also the traffic light at junction).

So you manage to get any dropoffunit/cheaper units from SA?

Ive no idea, I never follow the thread everyday but latest news was delayed? maybe for the "Nod" of MRT line 2.

Not .. I dont think is due to Quota. Mainly is bank tighten the loan.

I only get 80% from MBB even they rank me as premier customer in their profile due to they category me as investor.

Buyer need pay the Stamp Duty for Loan Doc 1st, Developer will reimburse back upon VP.
The amount of Stamp Duty for Loan Doc is 0.5% of your loan amount. ^.^

MOT pay by buyer.
