QUOTE(Kvsual @ Jan 5 2014, 01:33 PM) If loan approval process then is the bank problem. AP already obtained. I've signed Mbb LO few days back. Applied rhb and affins too. Rhb & affins slowwww. Just avoid affins as they required you to get mrta.. really stupid. Oh...thanks...Your MBB is islamic loan? is it better than the normal one?

Just to share, my banker told me that cancel RHB LO penalty charges is 1% of loan amount. Cancel PBB LO penalty charges is RM2k fix amount.

Normally there is a penalty clause in LO and depends on how strict the individual banker to impose.

Still SA words cant be trust. Everything black & white written in B&W. RHB LO stated 1% penalty if cancel after signed. Yet their manager said they never charge anyone before on the cancelation before..(can trust?) MBB SA told me few times too on No penalty.

Demo and rejecting new development is becoming a norm nowadays. Build MRT, LRT, highway, office tower, highrise condo next to any taman and see people protesting. Protest in forum, in newspaper..etc. But still get built at the end of the day. Numb already. Your friend would get better result with his pancing ikan than to protest.

Maybe worst come to worst temporary stop work at site for a week? But if ct is responsiple developer should repair the road la. Afterall they have live there for > 10 y already. Sure ppl prefer to go pancing ikan like u said not demo. This post has been edited by tikaram: Jan 7 2014, 12:11 AM
