Yup, that's for block C and D.
I was told that the kitchen and bathroom in block A and B come with porcelain tiles too.

didn't know that, maybe mine was some outdated info haha

Yeap. The MBB SA said can't extend. And quite a number of applicants waitin to get approve too. If u dun wanna sign, sa might just let's the quota to those who are waiting.
I thinj it's better to sign it fast, you can stil cancel the LO without any penalthy though (provided never sign the loan agreement & S&P yet)

Surrounded by landed houses and medium cost apartment most probably. That's why there r alots park, landscape, eco deck within the CT. Hopefully they build more n more trees within.
