Simple. Whey doesn't increase your uric acid levels, soy does. Tell your HM about it.

i tried this for about 2weeks

breakfast: either bread/noodle + 4-5 eggs
noon: chic rice with small rice + chic breast + eggs
tea time: 2 set of tuna sandwich
post workout: 6eggs, small portion of spagetti/rice + chick breast
after bout an hour after dinner, another 120g of protein

exercise
4set x 10reps and rest a day in between, if no rest, then cardio for about 20mins

after about weeks, my body weight shoot up about 2kg. yes, as i mentioned earlier on.

I notice my arms, chest grew... a bit.... but ironically, the left and right side of my abd oblique grew fats about 1inch thick

Too much carbs. Your arms grew because of fat deposit.

It's the carb that makes you fat. Reduce it to the amount where you'll notice in reduction of bf. Bodybuilding is about building muscles not building fats.

Your routine is not what lowers your bodyfat (ie giving you definition and 'cuts'), that's up to your diet.

I tried low carb(bread on breakfast; small rice for lunch and 2pcs of grain bread for post workout) for a week and the BF dropped

e.g. before I pinch my abs about 1inch, after 1/2"

8am

2 slices bread with peanut butter
1 cup of hot milo
1 tablet fish oil 1000mg

~10.30am

one cup nestum 3 in 1

12.30pm

small amount of rice
1 fried chicken drumstick/cat fish/tilapia fish
one bowl of salad with dressing
one cup of juice apple/orange/carrot

4.30pm

2 soft boiled egg

6.30-7.30pm= workout
immediately after workout, drink my mass gainer (isomass xtreme gainer)
2 scoop mix with low fat milk

9pm
1 homemade burger
one cup of juice apple/orange/carrot
*after workout I couldnt eat much...so I just make 1 burger and eat
is it enough for post workout?

try skipping the fried chicken bro. You could always opt for grilled/baked chicken.

oh, if you're buying food outside then theres no option lol. Cant you spend some time on making for lunch at home and packing it for work ?

I would suggest you to have some carbs as a post workout meal.

Just curious you cutting or bulking? I think is cutting and gain muscle right? I hardly have any energy for post workout for me* with that kind of diet.

YES... I am cutting and gain muscle at the same time. My weight remain the same. but my maid said I become "fat" in past few weeks, BF drops a bit.

I use simple measurement, flex then pinch the fat with finger

i told her.. this is not fat OK, and open the picture of Jay Cutler and show him the meaning of fat & being muscular
