jsut asking, I find it hard to mass up the lower part of chest, at the corner near the armpit area.... the L shape near to your nipple.... which exercise best for this? decline bench press?

student life is good.. still recall my days... we dont go to buy protein whey.. we go to pasar malam and buy chicken, boils them, buy eggs in bulks....

yes... getting a housemate who is a body builder is fun.... laugh.gif

again,

there are so many type of exercise available, but only need to do 3-4 type per muscle.. how do we choose it?

and if we were to over train our muscle or body... just like MMA/fighter who train to the max.... what will we get? stunned growth? constant size with increase endurance?

yes, one of my favorite dip for chest... but I did it without weight.... mostly I opt it as last exercise for chest.... after bench,flyer, etc...

do it till failure, rest bout 3 mins then again to failure.... with no weight added but my own weight

I see....

just update my progress yesterday

after heavy training session (4set x 10reps)

a heavy meal
spagetti(full plate), large chick breast, 5 eggs scrambles with one whole tomatoes, 6nuggets

and 120g of protein soya whey before night

gained 1kg after few days

i tried this for about 2weeks

breakfast: either bread/noodle + 4-5 eggs
noon: chic rice with small rice + chic breast + eggs
tea time: 2 set of tuna sandwich
post workout: 6eggs, small portion of spagetti/rice + chick breast
after bout an hour after dinner, another 120g of protein

exercise
4set x 10reps and rest a day in between, if no rest, then cardio for about 20mins

after about weeks, my body weight shoot up about 2kg. yes, as i mentioned earlier on.

I notice my arms, chest grew... a bit.... but ironically, the left and right side of my abd oblique grew fats about 1inch thick

yes... My arms,chest grew in term of muscle... but not as much as the fats in my belly... rclxub.gif

I tried low carb(bread on breakfast; small rice for lunch and 2pcs of grain bread for post workout) for a week and the BF dropped

YES... I am cutting and gain muscle at the same time. My weight remain the same. but my maid said I become "fat" in past few weeks, BF drops a bit.

I use simple measurement, flex then pinch the fat with finger

i told her.. this is not fat OK, and open the picture of Jay Cutler and show him the meaning of fat & being muscular

one decade ago... but on and off.... e.g. 6months on then 2months off due to work, study, marriage, baby, move house etc etc....
