So which market do you all foresee 2014 to do well in. Consistent with what we discussed last year? To focus on Asia market?

But 1-month and 3-months it's still green green tongue.gif

HK, China and SG has been going nowhere...with this picture in mind, Pacific Global Stars seems to be a good candidate for topping up bruce.gif

PGSF has quite some exposure in Singapore. Cannot top up anymore, if not I will be HEAVY invested. Both Hwang funds and PGSF are heavy in Singapore now.

I'm 9.2% exposed to SG.

Another candidate is Eastspring GEM...China Shanghai beaten down quite badly...my IRR dropped from 8%++ to 6% now. But my exposure to Brazil, Russia, India and other EMs... sweat.gif

Where Is Singapore’s Market Headed for 2014?.......By Ser Jing Chong - January 6, 2014

David Kuo:

“So rather than focus on one year’s underperformance [referring to the STI’s flat 2013], we should remember that stock market investing is a marathon, not a sprint. And that the long-term outlook for the Singapore market remains bright.”

currently still reading this...something about RISK.....can't wait to share....

For 2014, Let’s Understand What Risk is All About....By Ser Jing Chong
Risk is one of the most misunderstood concepts in investing. During the festive season a few weeks back, I was having dinner with a group of close friends. One of them asked me, in my own personal capacity, how he can grow his savings over the long-term, apart from just saving more.

“Stocks”, I answered. “But, aren’t stocks risky? They move up and down all the time, and are prone to collapses”, he questioned.

That, for me, was again a sign that there are indeed likely to be many who are confused about investing risks
