not easy to collect fee from everyone later.

if those owner are renting out, u dont expect to get a single cent from them.

I guess that's the thing about individual titles, if owner do not want to pay a single cent, you can't do shit about it...as they are not bind by any act...especially if there wasn't any DMC signed before hand.

yeah, u cant force them, u cant prevent them from entering the taman to their unit. All these are illegal.

thats why proper GnG comes with expensice price tag

Here is my personal opinion.

Other than it is not gated and guarded, if you cannot stand the super loud speaker from the mosque opposite the SH show gallery, then Camelia may not be the ideal house for you. I was at their event two weeks ago and can clearly hear the prayer being 'broadcast' across despite a lot of noises going on in the show gallery.

If anyone is looking for end-lot (C-09x), let me know and I will let my agent know that you are interested.

agree with above comments. i believe if the monthly payment is not too expensive, owner maybe ok with it. well, lets see how the crowd's perspective. i mean security nowadays is bad. if security is bad, houses are also hard to rent out.. right?
