What I heard it is still subjected to InP approval as the road is not yet handover to MPKj. Eventually it will be opened tho...

Last time they said the road will open once we get our key....since they got approval from Authority to extend for another 1 year for the construction period which is 3 years instead of 2 years for normal terrace house, i can assume they will not open it this year or next year.

Regarding the 1 year extension, its depend on which source developer get the water. Because rite now syabas reserve newsource from langat 2 for new development, thats why take time since langat 2 project still not completed.

I beg to differ bro. I am now staying at GMI area and I take this route every morning to work in KL. It is not heavy neither is it standstill. You might get twice red light at UKM junction but in the context of KV traffic, it's consider smooth.

it shall be subjective then... I myself take this route every morning..around 7 to 720..only recent week..it is quite a relieve..or else i need to cilok inside ukm...that is why i put a remark...maybe due to incomplete roadwork..

if during evening time (around 7pm onward) if people may ask..my observation is still the same..most of the time heavy and sometimes standstill...

Yup. If in the evening I agree it's bad particularly because of the bottleneck in front of the astaka /football field junction.

I just know its 7% + 5% + 5K. No other fees & charges except MOT.
