Well, depend on individual preference...

Clarus may have higher down payment, but is kind of "DIBS", you save the interest during construction period.

If 3 years, progressive interest maybe even higher..

Agree, commercial amenities in surrounding, connectivity, infra, landscape and park etc all count, not solely on pricing.

It will depend on individual preference and priority.

huh, 3 years.. hope they dun need 3 years, otherwise purchaser need to pay higher progressive interest.. 1 year extra means additional 1.5% - 2% against sale price, incur another ~ 10 - 15k extra.. sweat.gif

Minimum landscape good thing is easy to maintained. But if according to the promotion video, there will be a cental lake garden right? Can be accessed by public one?

I think Setia main focus would be on SEH 1 and 2 first. After that will only be on Setia Nusantara.
