2 months ago I passed by SH, the fencing and guard house for Acacia and Begonia are not up yet. Now it is done already?

Not so sure, Ecohill 1 when vp already have perimeter fencing up. Perhaps developer already let owners to sign the document and help for application during the SPA signing.

Not quite, MKH many projects in Semenyih also have fencing up upon VP. Guard house takes time, that's why just put a cabin as temporary measure.

Guard house is more complicated in terms of ownership, developer don't own the guard house.

After VP, means own stayer cannot quickly renovate and move in. No fencing and guard house in such location, safe to stay?

Yeap, normally big developer will help on this... Guard house will be a bit complicated because of the ownership. Fencing should build first? Unless many purchasers refuse to sign the application letter.
