bro, u sure sold out?.. i tot record nowadays is 600 or 1000 units in 1 day like EH n EM hmm.gif
Tropicana took awhile but at least opening up all close to 300 for sale
Avens only selling 100+ unit n reserving the other.. summore i receive call on weekdays (cant remember tuesday or wednesday) from mahsing asking whether i still interested after last sunday.. if BBB i think they dont even bother to call me right.. hmm.gif

Can't compare Aven with other. MS is charging the Toll infra cost into the projects. Aven can direct access to highway so hv to pay for premium. If the office blocks can successfully attract MNCs then very good potential. Hv to gamble if buy now.

Price in serene will be lower.
But if you check the surrounding
area, it will be skew for more
malay residence due to its
closeness to bangi.

Good for Bumi buyer.

Q1: It can be accessed via jln bangi lama going to semenyih.

Q2: Yes it can reach BSP to get to NSE but SH is closer to Lekas Bangi exit.

Let me understand better. To access to this a Serene height project site, one has to go thru Bangi exit or NSE and then Jalan Bangi Lama....and it can be reached via BSP and Lekas too....

Are those road four lanes (2 lanes for each direction or two lanes?

Let say from BSP to Lekas, how long does it take...?

I passby the location before, enter from seriputra/bkt mahkota toll, pass by bangi avenue, drive thru the winding road, its on ur left side..

If u drive further, u can reach semenyih n meeting up lekas toll if u turn left at the junction..

Agree with abuhanif, lekas is closer for SH..

I really hope the government will do up proper 132' roads there to spur economy growth in this areas namely Bangi, Semenyih, Nilai and BSP....

So many office block...but can find tenants or not. Area such as PJ, Subang Jaya & Puchong also a lot empty office block till now..

ya lor the surrounding there will have many shoplot..
at present time it might hard to find tenent.. but once the surrounding 3-4 big project done.. it will make bangi a potential place.. but have to wait 8-10years or longer.. hehehe..
