no direct link to highway, heard no fence and non guarded...

concept is something simliar like "go back to kampung" style...like natural...so if kampung, means not need gated and guarded...

No G&G or F&G in kampung because at that time kampung peaceful ma, then have to install alarm & hire own guards lo ie rely on RA to do it! sad.gif

Because very expensive ma I believe! With cheaper DSLs flooding the market nearby, especially in Semenyih, sure AS difficult to sell.

Location middle of nowhere along jalan bangi lama, and the developer dont even bother to build any fencing. Even if the price is cheap, u dare to stay there meh?

their concept is kampung style, so no fence no security.

Should be able to atrract Malay or bumi buyers as Bangi also majority Malay residents. Chinese buyers mostly will not buy Bangi projects.

Kampung that time ok la....no drug addict...no bangla...no indon. Very peaceful. Now got these people, curi motor, curi meter what not. So good luck. Chinese mostly bought Tropicana Heights..but dont think they'll buy in to this one.

I&P prices also crazy.

yes, for klang valley south project, chinese mostly chose setia eco hill, eco majestic or tropicana heights, bangi area is malay fav place, recently IOI bandar bangi puteri also not doing good..
