no news so far, even my source also have not much idea, pricing wise likely 5-600k, and non G&G .

yeah, but i feedback to the fella, asking him to urge the management to change the plan.
We will see but atm it doesn't look positive

Mentioning 515k projected price for
20x70.

After eco majestic launch, i think
They will raise the bar.

Anyway these two project are at
different league.

Too slow for this development. They got the land at 2010 but till now still not much progress. I think IOI Properties Bangi more faster even though they got the land at the end 2013.

Aven, puteri n BA consider near toll..
But compare among each other mahsing most expensive..
Maybe BA is not in same league, serene n setia is a bit inside from main highway..
So consider mahsing VS Ioi..

Personally I'm looking at IOI, bangi avenue n serene..
If mahsing can lower down the price maybe I will make a u-turn.. Hehe.. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
