we will be overflow with choices.

Serene height must place the selling
Price well. 20x70 599k?

Below 600k without gated and guarded,
No clubhouse, no commercial areas, etc.
People are looking at township and
concepts etc. It is more like its neighbors
Alam Sari, Bangi Avenues, etc.

Not the same league as eco majestic, tropicana heights.
But is better that can cater for
young executives and families.

With present unpredictable price
rising of goods, if it sells below
600k, it will be low bu area, say
1700-1800sqf, compare with
tropicana heights of 21xxsfts:

Watch and book one pre launch will
sure gain. As many phases coming in next
2-3 years.

Can this project got the approval link
To lekas h'way. Is it using the same
toll as Ecohill?

guided. 2.5 storey at 600k+. Will
Launch very soon.

Beside phase 3, a big mall is coming
up, wondering who is the anchor
tenant.?

Anyway, I think bangi avenue has
better access than SH. Hope my
guess is correct.

Visited bangi sales office three months ago.
Mentioning 515k projected price for
20x70.

After eco majestic launch, i think
They will raise the bar.

Anyway these two project are at
different league.

Price in serene will be lower.
But if you check the surrounding
area, it will be skew for more
malay residence due to its
closeness to bangi.

Good for Bumi buyer.
