How much is the starting price for Frischia?

666k after rebate, but unit with that price already sold out. Just left with the 690k+ unit.

I think d road widening project tak sampai LEKAS.

This sholpot is a big issue as there is no shoplots in alam sari n they may be relying on it in SH for their kedai runcit, klinik etc. I wonder how d old folks staying in sh will go out buy roti n groceries now if they cant drive? Rely on their children?

I'm about to buy home at SEH.
Latest new launching phase was Frischia.
The House looks modern design with selected unit with dual frontage.
Only 47 units. The Price quite competitive.
The Unit loc near Manmaid ponds.

My question to SEH community :
a) During heavy rains - is the pond spill out water and any flashflood happen in/near SEH
b) Plan send my Kids to SMKA Maahad Hamidiah, Kajang - Any school Bus/Van available from SEH to the school or any other nearest Sek Men Agama nearby.
c) I'm working in Shah Alam (Subang Hi-Tech) and my wife at Jalan Pantai Bharu KL - what the best connect to the loc.
d) Any Whatapps group for SEH or Frischia buyer.

a) i dont think so. Masa kawasan2 kajang/bangi banjir hari tu, rasa Serene height ok je.
b) Can try to ask those who already stayed there. Can ask in the serene heights bangi community in FB
c) Shah Alam is quite a distance in my opinion. Have u checkout new development in Setia Alam area? As for KL, it's quite ok i guess since my husband too will be travelling everyday to KL for work. He will be travelling via Lekas highway.
d) I havent come across a Frischia phase buyer yet in this forum. Maybe can ask in the FB group.
