its absorb by them. begonia and camelia different only 100sqft and begonia has 5 air cond point where camelia has 3. The begonio free MOT.

but camelia and begonia house price i guess the different only 30k-50k if im not mistaken.

im not sure how we as owner option travel to KL. is it by MRT -Kajang or KTM Bangi ?

around Rm 190 per month i guess. actually its hard to get UNifi install non high rise property. it takes time usually.

u may wait almost 10 years . its good move actually. the infra need to invest is quite high.


my friend house at rawang still streamyx. usually tm need application more than 50 for new residency compared to high rise building.

Infra ( got tasik playground, and etc etc) =
Material use (like big water tank, 3phase electrical , tiles etc etc) =

i dont ask aacess as some people like willing to travel, like remote area..want peace environment..
