hi, im not sure the price since when i was deciding to buy a unit there, only normal intermediate left, which means the master bedroom is facing road.
As for now, i am pretty sure only the garden units left. Few weeks ago, i was told that there is one corner lot (loan rejected) available.

I'm about to buy home at SEH.
Latest new launching phase was Frischia.
The House  looks modern design with selected unit with dual frontage.
Only 47 units. The Price quite competitive.
The Unit loc near Manmaid ponds.

My question to SEH community :
a) During heavy rains - is the pond spill out water and any flashflood happen in/near SEH
b) Plan send my Kids to SMKA Maahad Hamidiah, Kajang  - Any school Bus/Van available from SEH to the school or any other nearest Sek Men Agama nearby.
c) I'm working in Shah Alam (Subang Hi-Tech) and my wife at Jalan Pantai Bharu KL - what the best connect to the loc.
d) Any Whatapps group for SEH or Frischia buyer.
