Anyone surveyed the current price level for eugenia?

Sorry i meant eugenia 2. Looks like alot habis and going up to 900k for end lot. Comparing it with eugenia earlier phases around 700k and wondering if should pull the trigger

Ive bern surveying for some time now and narrowed down to SH Eugenia 2 and another dev in SA.

Have 2 young kids. Neighbourhood looks good. Anmeneties and access road is so so. Eco nearby looks Good to help.

Just thinking and rethinking if it is an impulse buy and at the same time wondering if im thinking too much 😂

The current discounts are good. Location is also acceptable. Im considering pulling ahead my plan to purchase a landed home by 3 years. Worried if wait may have to buy even further. Then again, you never know when it comes to properties. Super fickled.

This widening will be all the way to LEKAS or only within the serene heights area?

An overview of the whole serene heights and alam sari development. Quite massive the land clearing by alam sari. Looks like once completed the old bangi avenue-serene heights road will be a thing of the past
