Hi SH buyers. Greetings. I'm planning to get a unit of Eugenia2. Did visit the site today, area looks calm and clean. Built up looks spacious. This will be my first house, would appreciate on your feedback on quiries below. tqvm
 1) is the workmanship acceptable? quality of the built up? 2) Any reputable govt school nearby? hospitals and clinics? As I took the winding road, seems dont have clinics. 3) the masterplan maps shows alot future development for next 10-15 years, sounds legit? 4) is the jam frm SH to bandar putra tol okay? As I know Bangi tol is jam about 6.30am ish Kindly feedback if you have any feedbacks. TQVM!!! |

I will be going for 2nd viewing again this weekend with my family, hopefully positive outcomes. Few drawbacks would be no SK or SMK nearby, hospitals too. SH location seems to be secluded. Hope UEM step up for more commercials nearby. cheers!

Yeap, place is nice. But I got to think about my daughter as well for her schoolings. No establish SK or SMK nearby

What’s the issue with Dahlia 1 vp? Their Facebook been bombarded by the buyers. Pity them esp those took govt loan as they got to pay full amount.

How is Eugenia2 workmanship? Hard to find any reviews on this phase.
