Any whatsapp/telegram group for serene heights owner?

As far as I know, SH owner's whatsapp group is full already. Basically, buyers will initiate whatsapp group based on the project. Like currently, I am in the Eugenia 1 whatsapp group. If you have Facebook, you can join SH group where almost all SH buyers are there.

Hi SH buyers. Greetings. I'm planning to get a unit of Eugenia2. Did visit the site today, area looks calm and clean. Built up looks spacious. This will be my first house, would appreciate on your feedback on quiries below. tqvm

1) is the workmanship acceptable? quality of the built up?
2) Any reputable govt school nearby? hospitals and clinics? As I took the winding road, seems dont have clinics.
3) the masterplan maps shows alot future development for next 10-15 years, sounds legit?
4) is the jam frm SH to bandar putra tol okay? As I know Bangi tol is jam about 6.30am ish

Quality good nt much problem, built up is big worth d $$$. Hearsay a private hospital in nego to open in sh.

Sh development slow for commercial, so need another 3 yrs min for clinics

Can I ask a few question from Eugenia resident:

1) what is the population demographic looks like in this Serene Height township?
2) is this a dog friendly area?
3) the accessibility seems to be the small Jalan Bangi lama only which can connect to Kajang Seremban highway, and the not officially open Jalan Alamsari which connect to Alamsari but I think no amenities there. Is there any other road?
4) any traffic jam bottleneck at the morning and evening office hours?
5) most of the resident here works at where? UKM?

I thnk 80% malay, balance non malays. Another road is to lekas hway.

i was looking for my own stay since now already start a family. after comparing with sereina sime darby offer and this one, uem gave better offer in term of discount. however on the access road -sime darby gamuda cove wins...

im looking for opinion especially those who already start to stay in this area...

Accesability and township planning... Serenia City is much better

Accessibillty sc definitely better with own interchange, planning yet to see

In the master plan there is a road called Persiaran Serene, which claimed can link to Bandar Teknologi Kajang but only if the land separating the Serene Height and Bandar Teknologi Kajang got development also (by another unknown owner of the land).
As a resident do you see this Persiaran Serene any chance of building up?

SA also told me the Jalan Bangi Lama planed to be widen to two lanes per direction. After passing by this road, seeing left and right are all full shops, farming land, some houses..... Doesn't feel like a possible expansion to me.
Do you think this widening plan is going to happen?

I am not staying there yet, so for the traffic etc - i ve no answer for that.

For pet, I think - as long as you keep your pet in your compound, there shouldnt be a problem.

I was told by the SA - there ll be access from SH to Bangi Avenue&Bangi Wonderland, as well as Bdr Tek Kjg.

Im not sure where the others working, but currently I am working in Pahang and my husband at KL Sentral. And planning to move to workstation at Nilai once our house ready.

Bro just to clarify, when you said the trunk road, you mean Jalan Bangi Lama right?
