Hi all, got a RHB Bank offer. BLR - 2.4%. But didn't mention in the LO whether it is a semi-flexi or full flexi. Can any taikors and taikarjie who got the RHB bank loan offer share what is their house loan package like?

Is HLB or HSBC better? Their offer for loan amount is almost the same but one with 30yrs and one with 35yrs. Both also full flexi and BLR-2.4. Monthly repayment is only difference of RM80. Any toikor and taiJ can advise?

1) Whether the banker offer DIBS or not will be stated in the LO?
2) What information should stated in the LO? (Interest Rate, MRTA, Lock in period, monthly installment amount).

LO format differs from one bank to another but it should cover DIBS or similar plan, total amount loan, repayment period, blr - %. Lock in period (some bank didn't stated this).

Any DSL buyers gt call frm loan lawyer about the time slot to sign snp and loan agreement? I have called and still pending reply...

I'm still waiting for their calls too. Perhaps it is from one type to another type of DSL?

Hi, can anyone here confirm whether the RM20K cheque we submitted to SPS has been cleared? I checked my account and yet to clear.

not clear yet..i think will clear together with the remain 10% downpayment upon sign snp...

good developer la, at least not simple clear ur cheque before u sign snp...some developers even get the cheque and clear ur cheque before official launch the project...

Is it somehow the problem come from SEH developer or other developer like Pelangi Semenyih or Bandar Rinching? Any one knows about this? Just curious....
