Is HLB or HSBC better? Their offer for loan amount is almost the same but one with 30yrs and one with 35yrs. Both also full flexi and BLR-2.4. Monthly repayment is only difference of RM80. Any toikor and taiJ can advise?

So, is Errana entitled for DIBS then? Hmm...
