QUOTE(dares @ Oct 27 2013, 07:50 PM) 1) door lights do not go on when door opens Claim jgn tak claim2) choppy ride during low speed and low rev (car park speed) They will tell you it's CVT characteristics3) gila makan fuel, even with sedated driving New car, wait til 5k km - 10k km for FC to normalize.4) brake pedal too high, the pedal is higher than the gas pedal by around 2 inches Normal5)new car, but dont have the new features such as 3 pt seat belt, rear and side door metal bars, pretensioner etc If your new car does not have the V-bar behind the rear seat and the 3-pt seatbelt, it may be old stock, in that case there is nothing they can do for you. side door metal bars is inside the doors, again if it is old stock, they can't do anything. Ask them to check your chassis number if it is the pre-SV model. Pretensioner is part of the airbag package, if you have airbags 100% will have pretensioners. If its Pre SV macam mane? And yeah, CVT gear box memang lemau and choopy at very low speeds, macam the gear cannot decide which gear to use.

If it's pre-SV then nothing can be done, the car is built to spec. If it was built post-SV, then it should have those additional stuffs, you can ask them why your car does not. The CVT jerking is not due to gear selection problem, but more to the CVT staying in low gear ratio during low speed, like running on 1st gear in a manual car. It will reduce over time, but more likely you will get used to it and compensate with your footwork. This post has been edited by dares: Oct 27 2013, 08:21 PM

QUOTE(Eugene91 @ Oct 27 2013, 08:56 PM) Pre-2013 models is 1 Star ASEANCAP ONLY the original Standard variant with one airbag and no ABS was 1-star ASEAN NCAP. The exec and SE with 2 airbags and ABS is not rated, but should score higher than 1-star. This post has been edited by dares: Oct 27 2013, 09:52 PM

For me just no give F to the warranty. For us that know we not going to keep the car stock we are prepare for it. If problem comes than fix it DIY style. Like my car I started modded it the 2nd month of owning it so most of the stock part is only use like 5-10k km only.
For those that worry about warranty matters just stick to stock car for 1 year then only mod.
I remember when I was driving Atos and having ECU problem I was told to go to HQ in Glenmarie. My Atos was not stock that time. Stroke the engine from 1 liter to 1.1 then put in RSM, S-afc, Defi meters when I go to Glenmarie to claim warranty on the ecu they didn't void it. They change for me a new ecu and update it plus the head tech even go the extra to help me set back my RSM and S-afc. Not a single cent charge he even share with me on the S-afc setting to help gain more power from the engine. Found out he drives a DC2 also
