erm, i think u can launch report at consumer related department. U call Apple. make a direct complain and then tell them which authorized reseller that responsible in your case. From what i experience, the customer service of Apple Malaysia do really care. Last time, my MBP late delivery, i ask for compensation, they deduct further RM200 from my credit card. so my MBP is RM3199 only ( + Education price).

no.. they are directly from their HQ in Damai.. Digital Fortress is their head company.. and their service centre also here as well..

Apple KL. bla bla. .. wtf.. i tot normally those service centre will directly say the longest wait in case anything happens.. then the end he give me so call "apologize" by saying : "ok fine.. im sorry for saying it 10 days? so what else u want?" he know that in our area here they are the only service provider..

so can i know what can i do? is this mean they are the only service provider we must take all their bad attitudes?

then you good luck.. i think they will have no problem with high tolerance customer.. but if u ask more, they will definitely show you how they lost their patience
