Lol my Mbp already no more warranty. I sent in to pay for a repair. Maybe no warranty so they treat me like dog.

omg.. i cant believe this happened on Apple Service Provider.. and i believe he is the supervisor already.. he is so damn rude to me and keep threatening me that if i dont like to wait.. take it back.. wth? they are the one told me 10 days and now they say they cant promise anything.. then i ask him normally this kind of case you guys take how long to fix it? he say at least 14 days.... then i ask why u say 10 days earlier? he keep on twisting and say it was 10-14 days then he start blaming DHL la.. Apple KL. bla bla. .. wtf.. i tot normally those service centre will directly say the longest wait in case anything happens.. then the end he give me so call "apologize" by saying : "ok fine.. im sorry for saying it 10 days? so what else u want?" he know that in our area here they are the only service provider..

so can i know what can i do? is this mean they are the only service provider we must take all their bad attitudes?

I'm not going in to retail. I direct walk in to their service centre at damai plaza named Machanics and owned by digital fortress sdn bhd. I go there with my friend also. she witnesses everything.

Ops sorry I wrongly read sadong jaya to subang jaya.. There is another service centre for apple products here? The machanics claimed to be the authorize service provider

LoL.. Highpoint is the one authorize as far as I remember when I was worked at Mac Borneo Karamunsing there... yawn.gif

launch a police report... then call apple customer care line...and tell them that u have the police report as reference...then ask for compensation...u might get a free Apple gadget...

Hmm but from what I search from Google and asked apple store. They only say Machanics by digital fortress o. Not sure. Highpoint. I tried to google highpoint and they claimed they are acer service provider?

Pity TS. I got much better service from Sony when my Xperia had a problem with the digitizer. Walked into the Sony service center in my town. They said they didn't handle phone repairs, but would take care of it for me. The phone was sent off to the repair center, and I got it back in the promised timeframe. 3 days after I picked up the phone (working perfectly again), that service center and the repair center both phoned me to follow up and asked if I was satisfied with the repair. I was impressed!

You trust google or you trust ppl who ever work in selling apple product? As I said, I worked before at Mac borneo Karamunsing there. Every Mac that need to be service we sent to highpoint. It only took max 1 week.

Lol.. Finally lodge a report with Apple and they promised to investigate on the problem I facing. And they are very surprise with the service provider attitude that I receive as well.. Lol
