Hi, I am wondering is there anyone facing hotmail issue in the apple mail? I can add my hotmail account through outlook.com into my ipad air mail successfully but it seems like the email won't be synchronize. My gmail works fine though. Any help?

Besides, anyone here have wiggle/loose power button on their ipad air? Mine have straight out of the box so is it a defects or normal ?

Hotmail works fine on my unit
Loose button - if you feel uncomfortable with it, sent in to Apple Service to check. Mine is firm

Sorry to hear about your ipad air.

So which option are you taking? If replace the new screen ($500), is it outside or by Machines? It would void the warranty if repair is done outside. But cost would be cheaper.

Probably replacing the screen. 3rd party that is.

Replacing the screen will not void the warranty no?

are you using ios 7.04? I really cannot use my hotmail as after verifying and successfully added through outlook.com, nothing was synchronised from the hotmail to the mail.

Any ideas guys?

Hmm, I'm not sure. I always thought any repairs done by 3rd party (outsiders) would void the warranty.

The warranty void at the moment u pull up the battery. Apple make it hard for people to dissemble the
Product . Everything u have to go through pull up the battery first before u can dissemble anything else but battery there got warranty sticker, that's why it put u in hard position.

Apple already announced today that the next iOS 7.x update will fix the crashes we discussed here. The new update will be released sometime in March. Cheers!

There is no need to pull up the battery to replace the screen. If you've watched videos on screen replacement, all they need is a heating gun to 'melt' the adhesive and remove the screen from the device. Plus, a broken screen = out of warranty. Meaning to say that the warranty is already voided. Won't make any difference if it is being replaced anyway

Anyway, it's all depend on you, the thing u get to change 1:1 change plus additional benefit is the warranty.

Just purchased and tried GTA San Andreas on the iPad Air. Working smoothly. But iPad Air still lag with Dead Trigger 2. Maybe it's still new and games aren't optimised with it yet..
