Not regret bought iPad air compared to iPad mini Rd, the screen color is nicer, bigger screen for reading sites , watching movie.. After all, iPad mini Rd is suit for people who traveling a lot, portable.

I know. I would go with mini but some of the nonesential apps I used are not compatible with mini. I just want to know if the extra rm330 is really worth it on the ipad air.

Is the colours difference really significance for pictures, vids?

Is the Air more durable?

OR everything is null and the extra rm3++ is just for the extra 1.8"?

look at it this way, u simply cannot go wrong with either one!
both are the best available tablets on the planet.

color difference is not really significant.

durability nobody really knows bcos both are so new.

if u really wanna break it down, mini is cheaper by 41 sen per inch screen.

I went to the shop and do side by side comparison of air & mini Rd, there is difference of color saturation. Mini Rd has the same color as ipad mini when I compare it, is just that ipad mini Rd has retina display over ipad mini, clearer text and ipad air has more life color over mini Rd.

Overall, it's really depends on the size which u prefer to choose ipad air or mini.. nothing else...

No one derives these 2 models as absurd as you are. Pathetically mediocre mindset. whistling.gif

look at it this way;

ipad mini screen total area = 30 square inches
Ipad air screen total area = 45 square inches

You're paying only 20% more to get 50% more total screen area...

Thankfully not. I managed to test it out before I left the place. According to the sales person, the yellow tint occurs on the first batch only. Made a few search online and the cause of the tint is the adhesive that is not dry yet. It will go away after a few days. Lol

To me, the choice between the ipad air or mini is quite clear. Ipad air because I'm already using a note 3 thus the screen real estate of the ipad air makes certain productivity related work and magazine viewing much easier.

Also, between the 4g and wifi only versions, I'll take the 4g versions especially since Maxis is having such a good package now. I'm using an ipad 3 wifi version now but at times, when I'm mobile, it doesn't beat the convenience of just whipping it out and working immediately than having to tether data via a phone.

I've considered getting the wifi version and pair it with a yes huddle and just subscribe for pay as you use data but seriously, the rebate given by Maxis makes this net savings negligible compared with the value especially intangible benefits

I believe there must be something wrong with your setting as I don't encounter any problem to sync with my Live email account with all of my Apple products

My thoughts exactly. My work requires me to be mobile a lot and not necessary near places with wifi connection.

Btw, is Ipad Air space grey 64gb still available in Maxis centers in Klang Valley?
*

Guys, buying at local reseller better or in online store? In term of warranty when I found of dead pixel or yellow tint. If I buy at online store how? Just give them a call tell them the problem and send back?
