Yep, that is what the book says. You are technically, based on the book, right! But I've read differently from other sources and was answering based on that. Still safer to follow the book for now.

What does the book say for spindle fibres in plants? Plant cells don't have centrioles. I know that my book says that "spindle fibres form without centrioles" but doesn't explain how/what/where.

Not necessary, but learn a few if your prose isn't smooth/flowery.

I would answer based on the text, ie: because he can turn into a freaking bird

Well, I once looked up spindle fibers in yahoo answer, and all I got was that the fibers just pop out without the centrioles. I remember reading that the centrioles only help to ensure the separation goes neatly and orderly. So, I assume the separation will be all messed up and everywhere without them? Hmm, I guess I'll look this up after SPM, ain't got time for distractions for now.

I can't find it but I'm pretty sure I've done this question before. I think their answer was something like "menunjukkan keagungan baginda" IIRC

In relation to spindle fibres, from what I gathered, basically the centromere initiates the formation of microtubules. The centrioles act as like a collection centre, and work together with some proteins to gabung microtubules to form spindle formations. But yeah not something to think about now.

One stupid question, will our marks be deducted if we write almost exactly as the text written in textbook for Sejarah?

hi guys, anyone know of the marking method known as See Other Solution(SOS) in mathematics and addmaths? its like we do 2 methods which results in 2 different answer and the examiner will choose the correct one

no usually for mat/ a mat there is only one valid answer. some may have a range, for example those with many decimal places. u may lose marks for final answer if u write extra invalid ones.

Realistically , we still have a few days left , and I'm not sure how I'm able to help . My advice , for everyone , would be to ' Keep Calm and Study ' , no point in panicking at the moment . In fact , as days go by , you should try to relax more .

I'm sure most of you have tried your best and have done your part in preparing , so just bear in mind that you'll do fine ! The thing is , when SPM is over , we'll all tell our juniors not to fret that much about it . The fear of the unknown , fear of questions that might trip us up , but I'm sure the real deal would be just okay .

Try to do something to take your mind off SPM , at least for a few hours every day --- for some , it may be prayer , meditation , family time , for others it may be sports , music , or going out with friends . Whatever suits you best .

Both also can , I think . Not too obsessed with it and I don't think we'll be tested that thoroughly about it since we're taking BM , not Sastera Melayu .
