=========================

I added sub-symbols to the Samsung kbd by following this

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2471321

very similar to the same CSC editing method for the Note 2.

did it work for ur Note 3? i rooted my fon... but can't seem to edit the files they mentioned in the xda link?

Your filesystem needs to be mounted rw (read/write). The default is ro (read only).

Use something like Ghost Commander with easy rw/ro toggle. But of course if you don't know what you're doing you will brick your phone by deleting stuff you shouldn't.

Using the Note 2 Secret Settings app will be better for you.

For those who want to know what you get in Kit Kat:

http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/news/2...ou-need-to-know

Looks like the main benefit is improved RAM usage and it can work in 512Mb.

uninstalling won't do any help
it's better to reset your csc feature to default first before uninstall and i did that
it works
but i'm looking for a workaround to the bug
*
Make the edit manually lor.....

Need to ensure that the directory is rw first.

Since ROMs are scarce for N9005, some app loving:

Best Android Apps (November 2013)

Pretty much mainstream, but for those who are new to these, have a read.

Want to ask any Tasker sifus here.,...

How do I make Tasker turn on the GPS and Location Settings etc when I want to use Waze or Maps, and turn all those off after I'm done?

I managed to get the Camera to turn silent for shots, but I'm a bit stumped for GPS.

Oh then maybe they propped it up to remove any identification for brands. Perhaps Samsung decided not to pay any sponsorship fees so they mod the looks a bit. Even the front face view doesn't have "Samsung" at the earpiece.
