Good day everyone, when i started my weight loss 3 months ago i was 102kg, 175cm and i was very determined to reach my goal before year ends. I eat 2 egg white follow by tuna bread (without mayo) as my breakfast, my lunch (lean meat with one tupperware of lettuces without any dressing), as tea time i ate whole meal bread/subway before workout, after workout i drink one scoop of whey protein. For dinner i ate small amount of brown rice along with few dishes (varies). During workout i will do 45 minutes of weight training follow by 1 hour of high intensity cardio (1hour and 15 min include rest). I workout every weekday follow by basketball on weekend. I loss 10kg for the first month, follow by 6kg for the second month but for the third month i only loss around 2 kg. I am still 6kg away from my target weight and halfway into my fourth month i am not losing anything and it started to get frustrated .

I am considering to take fat burner to increase energy level during workout. It is advisable?

Much appreciation for any suggestion on modification on my workout routine. thank you

your workout program sounds so hardcore..
maybe consider slowing down for maybe 1 / 2 weeks for yr body to readapt?
probably now your body is used to the level of activity d.
but i still think your workout program is intensive enough to burn fat
