And the small semenyih toll will become very busy one day as i see no reason uem-sunrise would not leverage it for its Serene Heights.

Also 3rd property stamp duty 5%, 4th property stamp duty 7-10%, foreigners can only buy 1 mil and above property, RPGT back to 30%, so on and so on.....
But hor, why property stocks keep on shoot up with volume since last week?
Shouldn't be terbalik meh? Something fishy?

I leave at 7 or thereabouts, not too bad - there are unlucky days, but still doable.
At most, 8am can reach office. But, when move to SEH, should leave at 6.30++ to be able to be in connaught by 7.
