Do you think lock in period is an issue if you buy for staying ?
If u want to roti canai it..then different scenario.

Am concern about lock-in period even it was for own stay. I don't want the constraints when come to refinance and full settlement.

UOB bank approved. Full Flexi, Blr - 2.40 (cannot apeal, best rate, WTH), 3 years lock in, RM 150 processing fees, need to attach the MRTA (min 10 years, gosh!)

Tak ade idea.

Flyover will be good as the road need to cross river and kampung. But the construction cost may cost a bomb. It's about 700 meter measuring from border of SEH to the toll junction.. And the small semenyih toll will become very busy one day as i see no reason uem-sunrise would not leverage it for its Serene Heights.
