Am concern about lock-in period even it was for own stay. I don't want the constraints when come to refinance and full settlement.

UOB bank approved. Full Flexi, Blr - 2.40 (cannot apeal, best rate, WTH), 3 years lock in, RM 150 processing fees, need to attach the MRTA (min 10 years, gosh!)

But the construction cost may cost a bomb. It's about 700 meter measuring from border of SEH to the toll junction.. And the small semenyih toll will become very busy one day as i see no reason uem-sunrise would not leverage it for its Serene Heights. |
