After you clear your Aeon card (or still have credit). Can do Balance Tranfer from other cards to Aeon Gold. At least got 6 months 0% installment.

Hi, 2 or 3 months ago, I applied UOB credit card, but there is no news or no one calling me regarding the CC application, so I assumed it is not approved and already apply for other bank CC ( and obtained it extremely fast within one week)

The problem is, UOB jz sent me the CC which I dont want anymore.
Can I jz ignore the card without activating it? will it charge me annual fee although i didnt activate? or i need to call them to cancel the card?

( I never receive any UOB call/ email/ sms so far)

I applied 2 or 3months ago in shopping centre
they sent the cc via norma mail only

you may pretend to call to check whether your application still in process and mention that you don't want to proceed with it since they took too long time. they will say that your cc has already been sent to you according to their system record. then you may say perhaps the cc is lost in the post and would like them to terminate it at their end. they can't trace it since it's just by snail mail.

No la, he might create more trouble by doing that. Since he has not activate and swipe anything, just call to terminate it.

actually i mean the same like you = call to terminate it. just that give the reason as above lol... because if you let them know you already received the cc, they will keep persuading you to activate and use it.

haha later backfire, if say the card is lost, they say will send a new one.

haha, that's why must tell them you already frustrated waiting for so long and still not received. so now you don't care whether it's lost or on the way, just don't resend again. hehe... then you can safely destroy the cc at your end.

it's one RIGHT whether to accept or reject credit card approved as long as the card is not activated

so yeah.. u re right!
