When applying any card, the annual income requirement is based on monthly basic salary x 12
or
the last annual salary from the previous year?
My annual salary is relatively higher because of fixed allowances

Getting Started

Hi there, does anyone have any experience with chargeback? Let's say I buy something online by Paypal (but not eligible for Paypal's Purchase Protection) and I got scammed by the seller, can I make a call to the back to request a chargeback? Are the chances of getting back the money high? I use Citibank btw. Many thanks in advance

I believe citibank will request you to contact merchant in this case as this case no cosider chargeback as u greed to make the payment.

I have a question on Maybank 2 Cards. I have not call up the bank to ask but thought I check here first for user experience before calling them in case they turn me down. I have an existing Maybank credit card but a friend told me that she has this Maybank 2 Cards and she said when making a purchase, it gets 4x points.
If I want to sign up for this Maybank 2 Cards and cancel the current card, do you think I can transfer my existing points? Anyone ever tried doing this before?
