Hey guys, I have a question. I've pre-ordered a game from Playstation Store last week where the game supposed to be release by Tuesday next week.
But I've decided to cancel my pre-order, is it possible if I want to cancel it and get a refund or maybe exchange with other game?

But they reply my email saying that I should contact the Asia region. Then I called the number, they said anything you pre-ordered from Asia region cannot be canceled or exchange. Oh well, thanks btw.

you need to ask the previous owner for screenshot / printscreen of warranty info. / details .. only previous owner can access it due to email and password

Hi guys, wanna ask as im going to dive into the realm of PS4 soon !.

As im currently / might also mainly game on my PC, PS4 planning for those games exclusively on PS4. and some game on PC is better on controller, so since im going to get a ps 4, it will be great if the ps 4 controller can use for PC (no need to buy another xbox controller)

I did some research before, knowing that steam can plug and play , and others need a simulator. Is this correct ?

yup need a simulator for ds4 to be use on windows.
usually ppl use ds4windows.
from my experience not all games from steam can plug&play using ds4.
so end up i use mostly ds4windows all the time.

Get my new PS4 last week. Try to connect it to internet via my home wifi. It did not detect my wifi and only my others nearby neighbour username poop out.
Try it few times and it's same result. So no choice i have to plug in a LAN cable.
The problem is i need to use wifi if i connect my ps4 to my room's tv.
Can u guys help me pls

Your new PS4, should have dual-band 2.4GHz & 5GHz Wifi ... so, doesn't really matter if your home wifi router is on 2.4GHz or 5GHz mode only, or both.

If old phat PS4, then that's only 2.4GHz wifi, can't see 5GHz wifi router.

If your new PS4 can see neighbours' wifi, then try to confirm with mobile hotspot wifi, if PS4 can detect, then source of problem most probably your home wifi router ... troubleshoot it lor ... restart your wifi router, etc. ...

PS5 is coming in 2020 (probably around 2H). It is likely to be backward compatible with PS4, so don't worry about your games

Are you the 1 who don't mind spending $$$ to be the first adopter? Not just about the $$$, but first-gen console usually and could have initial problems as well.

And given the huge installed base of PS4, I think most of the PS5 titles will also be available for PS4 in the first year at the very least
