hi guys,
I face bit problem here,got my Nexus 7 LTE almost 3 weeks...
on the first week my phone able to use LTE...but 2nd weeks onwards only manage go till H+ only....anyone facing this problem ? already check the sim card and with maxis and is no problem. By the way,currently using a Custom ROM and kernel,will this effect ?

booting into ART takes time as the OS is caching all the app data into memory so it's ready to be access once you click on the app, versus using DALVIK the OS only cache when you click on the app
