i just cancelled the SCB card due to the time i apply they said will have 15% petrol cashback after 60 days bla bla. already 3-4 month and i didn't receive any single cent of rebate. called their customer service they said you are not entitle for 15% cash back as per your application. raise a complain, they ask me to give a date of the conversation with CS which said have 15% cash back. already 3 month and how to remember the date. wasted my 3 month petrol cash back if i use other bank. Please beware of this bank.
