So far so good with my new R9 280x, but still not enough power to turn on ubersampling in Witcher 2 become 30fps+- still playable but the fan become insanely loud due to very high stress.

It just a form of anti-aliasing, the difference can be hard to spot at all.
I got the toxic one. Internal length around 31.5cm. Open air, I bet it will be a b**** to clean-up the complicated heat sink later

That is funny. They have all the high end stuffs but no casing?? Then ask then to order the casing u want!

all take weeks to arrive, high end stuff they dont keep stock, .. even the psu and gpu i order till now havent arrive.. certain stuff like ssd,which i wanted the samsung one, they wont order cause they have abundance of it in their shelf, same goes to the casing. unlike shops in kl where u can walk in to get those

Actually where are u from? There are few shops in KL (can find them in sales thread)do provide delivery through courier service, even East Malaysia users also bought from them, price also much competitive than your home town.

i suruh you chop2 mod case you tamau
if wan set it run as full speed x16
or other chooise without mod case .. let it run on 2nd pcie slot but half of speed x8

in gaming life nothing different x16 vs x8 .. but when come to benmark @ under full score yap .. spot different

x16 pcie can boost up watt up 200w to gpu if using extra molex power

x8 mybe limited to 75w only ..

280x ain't exactly new btw.

O.o I haven't exactly found a board that allows x16/x16 but the Asrock Extreme9 AC is non existant here in Malaysia and the Gigabyte OC Force ain't exactly cheap.

But even for gaming, will there be a noticeable difference between 16x/16x and 16x/8x when going crossfire? Especially when you've OCed the card and expecting both to run at full tilt and power draw.
