right now most high end air cooler gpu just can handle around 220watt TDP

even r9 290x reference cooler come/ using never tech like large copper vapor chamber it still cant handle amount of heat from core gpu

it fix ......Disabled DirectX 11.1 on NVidia cards that have outdated drivers.
