I was looking for a Sapphire HD7770 at first but all the vendors say that phased out already and they said to get HD7790 but my budget is below RM400... I was looking at a R7 250 and was wondering if it would stack up to a HD7770.

Unfortunately, the answer is no.
HD7770 is CapeVerdeXT with 640 cores.
R7 250 is OlandXT with 384 cores.

I recommend that you get R7 260, Bonaire, 768 cores.
Should be sub 400rm.

Save up your ang-pau and get the R7 260X, it comes with 2GB VRAM.
Bargain a bit should bring it down to 500.

Thanks for the tip bro but I'm only willing to spend a max of around Rm450 which is off my budget already. I can't seem to find any R7 260 anywhere.. Any suggestions where i can find it?

bro.. cheapest 4k LCD/monitor is dell 24inch selling RM3.9K... forget about game play on 4k display.. price on 4k lcd is still very very mahal..

play EFLC. its more optimized for PC. vanilla you need super duper high end rig to get above 60fps and some tweaks on it and some mod to make it gooding.
n yes, ur gc suxs to max it up n pass 60fps. neway, its a PORT.
install into a SSD will help to get additional 1-2fps. (myth)

why this GTA4 need more eat graphic?btw...i play bf4 i can ultra all..can get fps 60-80....i think gta4 4 year old ago....but still cant play high with r9 270x...so weird?
