Don't put so much hope on such "randomly picked" contest.... I just put in my SMS registration (just in case I'm lucky enough to be chosen)

Well, to be frank, I usually won't have luck in this kind of highly random contest that are purely based on luck.

for example, my payment cut of on 15th. so is my spending between 16-30th Nov will get rebate in Nov or Dec?
