1x entry - Every RM100 cumulative local spend

this one i don't really understand. Does that mean if you spend RM1k per transaction = 10 entries or 1 entry?
*
Let's say you spend in total RM1k locally, in the promotion period, 1 Dec 2013 to 14 Jan 2014, the amount spent is qualified for 10 entries.

13. The 5% cash back on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for MBB 2 AMEX includes Petrol and is additional to the 5X Treats Points. However it is reported that some online transactions on weekends DO NOT earn the 5% cash back as it depends on the timing the merchant processes the transaction.

21. The 5% Cash Back payout MONTH is subjected to POSTING DATE not transaction date.

Did 2 agoda bookings with amex in the past 2 weeks.
Both transactions captured as weekend transactions... so extra rebate 5% was given.  smile.gif

Perhaps they have changed their system to perform transactions on weekends. Posting date as usual is always late about 3-4 days later, so just be careful if making month end transaction.

The transactions were performed at what time? hmm.gif

Maybank double-posted 2 same transactions (done on Sunday).... does anyone have the same issue ?
The duplicate transaction was posted a day later.
Card: Maybankard 2 AMEX.

Called in and they said the merchant probably posted "twice"... is this even possible ?

Just check my transaction noticed my bill was posted twice on 19 jan itself and 20 Jan.

Will they reverse it later?
*
I have the same issue also. The transaction was on 19/01/2014 and it was posted twice on 19/01/2014 and 20/01/2014. Submitted a dispute form at a branch (thinking it is a must since it was posted already and that was before calling CS) and at the same time lodged a case with CS (in case the branch personnel does not fax the dispute form to the related department). CS said they will investigate and a reversal could be done after checking with the merchant. I was asked to check my cc account via M2U on 29 or 30 Jan 2014 for the reversal, if any.

By the way, in addition to this post, the merchant is Parkson-Sunway Carnival Mall.

The total amount due has been rectified... waiting for later 10am onwards to see the "reverse" charges under Transaction History.
*
The amount has been credited back into my cc account and shown in the transaction activity.
