Just now went to buy TGV ticket, buy one free ticket with Jusco voucher.

The staff told me that RM 10 per ticket with MBB credit card for everyday except for Thrusday and there will free voucher upon purchased ticket.

Voucher is for 20% discount when purchase drink or food from their TGV counters. No idea wihat is it as this is only told by the staff.

Yesterday, i went to TGV also.. asking for the same promo at the counter, and the RM10 is for standard seat and for some strange reason the normal pricing for standard seat is RM7 only (went for first show). for food n drink, same reason given, no such promo informed by management (supervisor told me)

Hmm, I think regardless of every time, not only for morning ticket. The staff talk to me should not be normal staff, because i saw others staff asking confirmation from him as well about Jusco voucher purchase.

hmmmm..I called CS a few moments ago to check on this, they claimed that I won't get the 5% cash back.

I'm gonna get a MacBook soon, let's see if I can get the points AND cash back with Ezypay.

ok plan failed, T&C to buy a Mac using Ezypay is MUST bundle in Apple Care doh.gif

I don't see any big different for upgrading to platinum card.
If credit limit is your main concern, you can always request to increase your credit limit of your gold card (with supporting documents)  smile.gif

Platinum one have travel insurance when u book flight tickets

ive been using my mcard for everything (pump fuel, shopping etc) instead of my amex. is it really a big waste and should i switch this instant?

since ive been reading the first 10ish pages and everyone keep talkin about amex rebates benefit etc and none talked about mcard benefit

After much consideration, I think I'll open myself a Maybank account just to apply for the 2-Plat. I hope they won't make it too difficult for me. nod.gif

I will. As a matter of fact, I just got back from applying the 2-Plat cards. The application was pretty simple, however it kinda surprised me that they didn't ask me to open an account in Maybank before they took my application. hmm.gif

I'm a foreigner, that's why. It's actually stated in the website that foreigners need to have an account with Maybank before applying for credit cards. It's either I just got an unknown "waiver" or they'll ask me while processing, I guess. hmm.gif
