the instruction goes something like this:
if battery full, play ringtone

In tasker,
create a profile with the condition of:
Event>power>battery full

then add task to:
media>play ringtone>(choose your ringtone that you wana play)

done.

alternatively, you can add it to vibrate, create a popup, or even make it speak a phrase like "charging completed, please remove charger"

the possibility with tasker is endless

If is local LG Malaysia set, call the LG Malaysia Service Center, tell them your IMEI number of your Nexus 4, should be able to track warranty left. Or you can try to ask your seller where he/she did the warranty registration through Online/Post. Malaysia LG Nexus 4 is made in Korea.

it should not be difficult to make it work, you just need to run a steaming server in the phone (basically just a web server) and tell ChromeCast to stream from your phone. what it means is that you need an app to do it actually, that's the reason i bought this, wanna try develop some stuff for it.

Guys, 1 question here, which combination of ROM+kernel provides best battery life+hidden navigation bar?

I using carbon+hellscore, so far so good, at least waaaaaay better than stock rom/kernel. you can give it couple days a try. ask someone else here.

I think made in Korea or China doesn't matter,in the end,the materials they used to built is still by LG and Google

Not sure. Because I'm using HellsCore B29 for 4.2.2 version.
