Always do a Nandroid Backup before further. Anything go wrong can roll-back to last backup.

After flash the Rom, I do factory reset+clear cache+clear dalvik.

Well sometime is depend. Like we trying to learn to use an new App, what we call "user-friendly" might refer of certain "button" or "function" or "clickable stuff" which we are not sure "how/what" to do with. Hold-Press the thing might come out come help or description would help a lot.
Example, the Titanium Backup took me awhile to learn.. Hell the User Interface is freaking hard to understand which is clickable or not...

Of course like you say, when we get use to it... everything looks friendly. LOL

It really depends on experience and the mind to "adventure" in those apps.

It's like... I'm iOS user. No way I can know how to get to certain functions etc etc on Android. On the other way round... If I'm Android user. Give me an iPhone/iPad etc, I know just how to go through the app drawer and play those apps. I also know how to use 5-finger pinch to get out from app. Other than that, I'm clueless although iOS is so user friendly to many ppl (not me though )

Previously I just got 16k antutu score, after getting the optimized bionic and dalvik, scores now 20k

This is stock rom + semaphore kernel.

Even at 16k ur phone is fast enough
