since the result tested with bionik patch in custom ROM is so good, why google android development team not include this thing in stock ROM?

I noticed mine also like that  If you guys are rooted, either flash a ROM with the ability to take screenshots from the QuickSettings tiles, or use Xposed Framework to get the same feature.
